Beverly Steele is the CEO and Owner of The Steele Organization, LLC a for profit Marketing & Management Consulting firm. Also, Steele is the Founder of Young Performing Artists, Inc. a 501 c) 3) not for profit, statewide focused, state corporation.

Steele is the recipient of the Robert W. Saunders’ Library’s Lamp of Knowledge Award, the Daughters of the Union 1861-1865 Civil War Remembrance Award, the Florida Alliance for Arts Education Business Leader Statewide award, the Sumter County Community Hero award, and a 2015 WEDUTV Be More Entrepreneurial Finalist. She has a Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Business Administration from Florida A & M University. She lives in the Community Of Royal with her husband and her 100-year young Mom.
